FAQs
Oasis is the only hydrating electrolyte powder brand that has nearly 3,000mg of electrolytes without tasting like salt water. Oasis is also zero sugar with all natural flavors, colors, and sweeteners. So, how are we still tasty while being effective and having no junk? Read the next FAQ.
No, Oasis is a zero sugar product. Instead, we use Allulose, a natural, 0-calorie “rare sugar” found in figs. Allulose was introduced in Japan in the 1990s and approved in the United States in 2019. It tastes just like sugar, but with no calories.
Oasis has all five key electrolytes—sodium, potassium, calcium, chloride, and magnesium—plus vitamin C for immunity. For flavor, we also use a pinch of stevia (don’t worry, there’s no stevia aftertaste), citric and malic acid to give it a kick, and natural flavors.
If you’re used to drinking straight water, then yes! But it depends on how much water you use. The more water you use, the more diluted Oasis will be and the less salty the drink will be. We made Oasis to taste refreshing, not briny. 800mg of sodium (the most essential electrolyte in hydration) may give Oasis a saltier tinge, but that’s because Oasis isn't just about tasting good—it’s about being effective too.
For working out, use about one stick for every hour of sweating. For a night out, we recommend one stick the night of and another the morning after. For casual daily hydration, you may not need a whole 800 mg of salt, so half a stick a day should suffice. If you’ve got a condition that necessitates more salt (like POTS), go ahead and follow your doctor’s orders!
Yes. Oasis has 6g of carbs from allulose, but since allulose is unable to be metabolized, Oasis has 0 net carbs. This means your body won’t metabolize any carbohydrates from Oasis.
Yes, but not through caffeine. Oasis supports energy indirectly by improving hydration and replenishing electrolytes, which can help you feel less sluggish when dehydration is the real problem.
The FDA does not approve individual food or beverage products. Oasis partners with an American-based facility to supply and blend our hydrating electrolyte powder, and they’re approved by and compliant with the FDA.
