PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: 21/02/2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Drink Oasis LLC (“Oasis,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit or make a purchase from drinkoasis.com (the “Site”), or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the “Services”).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
1. What We Collect
We collect personal information in three main ways: (a) information you provide to us, (b) information collected automatically when you use the Site, and (c) information from service providers involved in fulfilling your order.
A. Information you provide
When you place an order, create an account (if available), sign up for emails, or contact us, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and order details. If you contact us for support, we will collect the information you include in your message and any details needed to help resolve your request.
B. Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect certain information about your device and interaction with the Site. This can include your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, approximate location (e.g., city/state), and interactions with the Site. Like most ecommerce stores, this is commonly collected via cookies and similar technologies to enable core site functions, help prevent fraud, and understand site performance.
C. Order fulfillment information
Because orders may be fulfilled using third-party logistics providers (including Amazon fulfillment services), those providers may receive order and shipping information necessary to deliver your purchase.
Sensitive information: We do not intentionally request or need sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, biometrics, or health information). Please do not send us sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide the Services (process orders, arrange fulfillment and shipping, send order confirmations, and provide customer support);
- Communicate with you about your purchase, account (if applicable), service notices, or support requests;
- Send marketing emails if you opt in (we use Klaviyo for email marketing);
- Improve and protect the Services, including troubleshooting, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and enforcing our terms; and
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. How We Share Personal Information
We share personal information with service providers that help us run our business and fulfill orders. This includes:
- Shopify, which powers our online store and checkout;
- Payment processors, who process transactions (we do not store full payment card numbers);
- Fulfillment and shipping providers, including Amazon fulfillment services and carriers used to deliver orders; and
- Klaviyo, to send marketing emails if you opt in (and operational emails when applicable).
- We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or safety, investigate fraud, or in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale).
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to provide and secure the Services (for example: keeping items in your cart, enabling checkout, preventing fraud, and remembering preferences). You can control cookies through your browser settings and may be able to delete existing cookies. Note that blocking cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
Analytics / advertising: At the moment, you told us you do not intentionally run separate analytics or advertising pixels. If we add technologies like Google Analytics or ad pixels in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe them and any applicable choices.
5. Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
If you opt in to marketing emails, we may send you product updates, offers, and news. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send non-promotional messages related to your orders or customer service requests. Klaviyo also maintains privacy and processing terms for its services.
6. Your Choices
Marketing emails: You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Cookies: You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Access/Deletion requests: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at hey@drinkoasis.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
7. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state consumer privacy laws (which have expanded across many U.S. states). These rights can include access, deletion, correction, and opting out of certain types of processing in some cases.
If you would like to exercise an applicable right, contact us at hey@drinkoasis.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may request information to verify your identity. If permitted by law, you may use an authorized agent, but we may still need to verify the request.
California “Shine the Light” notice: California residents may request certain information about our disclosures of personal information for third parties’ direct marketing purposes, where applicable. Please email hey@drinkoasis.com with “Shine the Light” in the subject line.
Nevada notice: Nevada residents may request to opt out of certain “sales” of covered information as defined by Nevada law by emailing hey@drinkoasis.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information as needed to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason we keep it.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us at hey@drinkoasis.com and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Visitors
We operate in the United States and currently sell/shipping is US-only. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
